Ex-library, with just the library catalog number in pen on the slipcase which has been made for the library in plain brown cloth. Slipcase lightly rubbed and with slight fraying to the head. The book has a previous owner's bookplate on the front pastedown. Illustrated by Olaf C. Seltzer. Danish-born painter and illustrator Olaf Seltzer lived in Great Falls, Montana. He was a close friend of renowned western artist Charles Russell. Number 209 in an edition limited to 300 copies. Signed by both editors (Nelson and Butler) on the limitation page.
