One of 1,100 numbered copies printed by Harold McGrath at the Gehenna Press on Fabriano paper. The facsimiles were made by Meriden Gravure. Laid in are the four-page prospectus, a single sheet proof copy of four pages of the book, including the frontispiece engraving, and the original invoice. Wear to the extremities, else a near fine copy in a mildly soiled chemise and a slipcase with one water stain.

The book, in fine condition. has decorated boards with cover label in gray board chemise and slipcase. The slipcase shows tanning towards edges of boards and spine and minor and few spots. The chemise has a tiny split to upper corner front. Wood-engraved portrait of Conrad by Leonard Baskin as frontispiece. This is #160 of 1,100 numbered copies printed by Harold McGrath at the Gehenna Press on Fabriano paper.
