The author, an experienced Brazilian diplomat and writer, says that he has given copies of his book to two individuals, and gives Duncan his address so that they could have an 'informal dinner'. Duncan would have been the British Ambassador ('Minister' was the term used at that time). S rgio Corr a da Costa (1919-2005) was at various times Brazilian Ambassador to Canada, the UK and the USA.
