Soft cover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Magazine size about 11 1/2 by 16 inches with some 32 pages. Bound in illustrated wraps. This issue notable for the interview with Captain Jack Crawford, one of the best known 'Wild West' characters of his day. Probably best known as a 'poet cowboy' he was a Scout for the army, friend of Buffalo Bill, teller of tales, teetotaler (almost unknown trait in those times), newspaperman, and much else. Another article by Margaret Sangster, 'The Story Of Christodora House', tells of that New York institution. Much else of course. A very scarce issue of this seldom seen magazine. The Jack Crawford interview is of particular importance in the Western Americana field. Covers separated at spine edge and tape repaired; edges worn, chipped and with tiny tears; couple of page edge tears; other wear. A well used copy. GOOD.
