Based on the successful 1989-2023 comic strip by Scott Adams, about the titular pessimistic white-collar engineer and his daily interactions with his idiotic boss and frustrated coworkers. In this episode, Dilbert's company plans to merge with another company in order to help spend excess money. Originally aired on January 25, 2000, on UPN.
