OCLC lists two publications of the Coalbin PressÑthis and a volume of poems by Stephen Porter Dunn (1928-1999), published in 1956. Dunn was an expert on Russia and Soviet studies, authoring several books on the subject. He was associated with the University of California at Berkeley through much of his career. We do not know whether he was also the printer of this book. OCLC lists only two copies, both at Berkeley. Dunn's other poetry book is more widely owned. Octavo. Unpaginated. Original half red cloth over marbled boards, printed paper spine label. Label lightly browned. Avery good or better copy. One of twenty-five copies, printed on Van Gelder Paper in Caslon type.
