Book First Edition
Couverture souple. Condition: Bon. Edition originale. Cette intervention avait fait l'objet d'une publication préliminaire (Account of the tying of the subclavian artery) dans Edinb. Dupuytren, in I8I9, ligated the subclavian artery for a traumatic aneurism of the second part of the vessel, this being the first reported case, so far as we can determine from the literature, of a repair of a traumatic subclavian aneurism."; Huard P & Imbault-Huart J : La formation et l'oeuvre scientifique de Dupuytren (1777-1835), Histoire des Sciences Médicales, 1978, 12 (3) , pp. 217-232 : "Nous savons qu'il était partisan de la ligature du tronc artériel lésé non dans la plaie, mais en tissus sains.
