Hardcover. Condition: VG. Not ex-lib. Hardcover in red cloth with gilt stamped titles to front and spine, blindstamped shield to front, blidstamped titles and shield on rear no jacket, small 8vo. No date indicated within; given date of 1899 is from WorldCat search. 60pp. Tissue protected plates, chronology of memorials in Poets' Corner; Poets' Corner plan on each endpaper. VG. Backstrip cloth and rear cloth just below upper edge toned to reddish brown with rubbing and light abrasion along each spine end; no effect on titles. Front and rear stamping all sharp with bright gilt; cloth clean and bright though occasional faint soil and rubbing to textured surface. Binding strong and square with tight hinges, several small, near pinpoint-sized punctures along endpaper gutters with no peeling or associated effects. Moderate to fairly strong toning to clean, unmarked pages with light stress waves (not creases and NOT moisture-related). Prev. owner's bookplate front pastedown and name ffep, both below illustrated plans. Scarce outside of institutional holdings; lovely copy.
