The illustrator (1888-1950), perhaps best remembered today for his work on cigarette cards and comic illustrations, was a Scot. The illustrations, include some full page plaates in colour. An unusually bright, tightly bound copy. a few small stains on cover. A small table drawn on inside of front free end paper is the only marking internally.
