Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Original publisher's multicolored wrapper with an illustration of a woman cooking using F. W. McNess products. No date, circa 1920s. 6" x 9." Thirty pages, complete. Many multicolored illustrations, complete. Multicolored advertisements for McNess products throughout publication. Pages and covers are clean and intact overall. Slight age wear. A printed white box for a stamp on the back cover contains a purple stamp that says, "Thomas Plant, The McNess Man, R.F.D.#1, Anaheim, Calif." This is a cookbook that promotes F. W. McNess products and includes multiple recipes for a variety of side dishes and main courses. There are recipes for soups, meats, vegetables, salads, salad dressings, sandwiches, bread, pickles and preserves, and desserts, such as cakes, cookies, "cocoa foods," and candy. Index in back.
