This contains three essays by proponents: "Thoughts for a Convention" by A.E., "A Defence of the Convention" by Sir Horace Plunkett, and "An American Opinion" by John Quinn. This is a Very Good (Plus) copy of the First Edition. Blue-gray cloth binfing. The front cover is nicely ruled and titled with gilt in a decorative blue frame; the titling on the spine is dark blue. Clean text; 183 pages, with four pages of publisher's adverts in the rear. A very impressive signature on the FFEP. There is a tiny bit of wear at the tips, and some spotting on the fore-edge.
