Dafür wird wie folgt vorgegangen: Unter Punkt 2 wird die Qualitative Forschung im Überblick dargestellt und von der Quantitativen Forschung abgegrenzt. Anschließend wird der qualitative Ansatz gezielter betrachtet und die Bedeutung der Qualitativen Forschung für die Organisationsentwicklung herausgearbeitet. Punkt 3 der Arbeit beschäftigt sich aufbauend mit dem Thema des Leitfadeninterviews als Instrument der qualitativen Datenerhebung. Hierfür wird der Begriff des Interviews zunächst erläutert und Leitfadeninterviews als Sonderform mit ihren Vor- und Nachteilen dargestellt. Neben der Vorstellung typischer Charakteristika erfolgen Hinweise zur Erstellung und Durchführung.Zur Auswertung der erhobenen Daten wird im Abschnitt 4 die Herangehensweise nach Mayring dargelegt. Dafür wird der Begriff der Qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse definiert sowie seine Eigenschaften und Zielsetzungen erarbeitet. Weiterhin werden typische Techniken der Qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse vorgestellt. Der Punkt 5 verweist - bezugnehmend auf die vorgestellte Qualitative Inhaltsanalyse - nochmals explizit auf die Gütekriterien. Die deutsche Wirtschaft könnte bald stärker unter einem Personalmangel leiden als gedacht. Schon 2015 sollen dem Arbeitsmarkt fast drei Millionen Kräfte fehlen.' Vor allem der Fachkräftemangel und die dennoch hohe Arbeitslosigkeit werden für die Wirtschaft immer mehr zum Problem. Aus diesem Grund beschäftigt sich diese Arbeit insbesondere mit den ostdeutschen Veränderungen und hier besonders mit den Herausforderungen des Wandels im Land Sachsen-Anhalt, die Weiterbildungen und Nachqualifizierungen immer mehr an Bedeutung gewinnen lassen. Es gibt bereits zahlreiche Varianten in der Erwachsenenbildung, mit denen versucht wird, der Demografie entgegen zu wirken. Ein Instrument sind so genannte Beschäftigungsprojekte, die der Integration von Arbeitslosengeld II-Empfängern (kurz: ALG II-Empfängern) auf dem ersten Arbeitsmarkt dienen sollen. Ob die Integration mittels solcher Projekte erfolgreich ist, ist jedoch umstritten.
