States that this was a limited & numbered edition of 500, but this copy is not numbered. INSCRIBED by author on dedication page "To Melba Miller, who seems to have a dream world too." This copy in wrappers was possibly an advance review copy (the 500 numbered copies were published in hardcover.) 139 pp plus colophon. Very good in plain brown wrappers (some chipping and edge tears to the covers, a bit of curling to the corners.).
