Book First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: Good. Jan Balet (illustrator). 1st Edition. Cute story about a little girl who is spirited away by the magical Mrs Pinafore to countries around the world, learning to cook and bake as she goes. Recipes included! This is a pretty rough copy! The boards are grubby and edgeworn, the spine paper is missing, the endpapers and edges are a little browned, and there are a few small brown stains throughout. The textblock is very good, but the hinge is cracked and it is holding on to the binding by just a couple of threads.
