    Hardcover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. The cover has green cloth. Eleven chapters; a few b/w photos. The author's inscription and signature are on the front free endpaper. The back board has a 1 in., faded line. The lettering on the spine strip has dimmed a little. The text block ends have heavy foxing. The front, blank page has two 1/4 in. lines of stain. The pages for chapters 10 and 11 each have a stain, up to 1/2 in., on the top front corner. The bottom, inside corners of two pages each have a 3/8 in. stain. Scans e-mailed upon request.
