Binding tight, interior clean and bright! FFEP has former owner info. Partial hinge crack to paper, not the books, at rear, very tight however. Boards are clean with gilt lettering along the spine. Top edge of front board has a small shelf inflicted dent. Spine ends and corners moderately worn. 403 pages including index. Miscellaneous subjects include plow and sweeper attachments and fare collection ideas. Written by the General Manager of the Orange County Traction Company and its consulting engineer whose aim was to compile a considerable amount of practical information relating to the construction, operation and maintenance of electric railways as they existed at that time.
