Octavo, pp. [i-viii] ix-x 11-256, original red cloth, front and spine panels stamped in black, fore and bottom edges untrimmed. First edition. Vanity-published collection of stories and short formless poems. Some deal rather frankly with sex -- though not as frankly as the subtitle might lead one to expect! Pasted to the beginning of the story, "I'll Tell My Husband," is a slip of typewritten paper with some remarks about the story's various dramatic adaptations. Inscription on front free endpaper dated 1956 signed Jane, perhaps that of the author. A fine copy in very good printed silver foil dust jacket with light wear at edges, several short closed tears, and two internal tape mends. (#119375).
