Hardcover. Condition: Fair. B000L354WU [1923 Penn Publishing Company Printing] There is no dust jacket present and the cover shows some edge wear. This is a former library copy with a spinal call number, a sticker on the rear cover, and some library stamps/additions/seals in the interior to indicate such. There is a price sticker on the first page and the upper corner of the first page has been clipped. There is a small (1.5 inch) separation at the bottom of the front inside hinge and the binding is slightly loosened, but still intact. Otherwise, the interior is actually in good shape. Overall, this is still a complete and very readable copy of the title. Ships, well packaged and very quickly, from MI. The condition selected for the item is accurate and consistent with our other listings of the same general condition. Seven additional pages of advertisements in the back for other books on similar subjects. Pages and covers are very clean and intact overall. Binding is tight. Pages slightly browned. Text on the spine and front cover are rubbed. Slight edge wear at the top and bottom of spine.
