The edition is one hundred copies signed and numbered by the author and printer. Twenty of these are intended for project employees and will not be put on the market. 47 odd-numbered copies are bound by Herman van der Kruik in Vlaardingen, 47 even-numbered copies by Rein Sap in Capelle aan den IJssel.
