Age yellowed, front cover detached, 1 1/2 inch tear on lower edge, several lesser nicks, MISSING rear cover (starts with article by Floyd King and ends with 1951 offical route) , 4 inch tear along fold on spine at first and last leaves, approximately 1/2 to 1 inch deep light tan stain on top edge of textblock, flipped through, otherwise tight, clean, relatively crisp and unmarked.
