Soft cover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. This comb bound assumed first edition is a collection of recipes and full menu suggestions from the King's Inn in Highlands, North Carolina. The soft cocer extends beyond the printed recipes and with handling, the edges of the back cover have become bent(fuffled in appearance) inwards. There is a light colored stain at the edge on the front cover. There is a small stain on the title page at the top right hand corner that does not extend to other pages. There is only one marking: on page 59, someone added the words "3 cup milk" to the custard bread pudding recipe, probably because the milk was originally omitted. On the whole, the book inside is very good, but the cover makes it only good +. It is well illustrated with photographs. The protective tissue-like pages both in the front and back are intact.
