Van Nostrand Company & Gauthier-Villars, Imprimeur-Libraire, all volumes have previous owner's name in pen to front cover, very slight bumps to spine ends and cover corners, faint rubbing, and some very slight edgewear, the volume containing the French text additionally has a few tiny tears to cover edges, and a short vertical tear to paper at base of spine creating short peel, otherwise a bright, solid VG three volume set. Housed in Good+ slipcase which has short splits to upper seams from opening, slight bumps to corners, light shelfwear to edges with a short peel to lower right edge where board is exposed, and rubbing to panels.
