Hardcover. Condition: Good. Limited Edition. #97 of 175 copies. Not a cheap reprint. All the usual blah blah listed on other sites. Presentation copy to Henry Russell (1840-1909) an important builder. Spine faded and binding aged dulled and bumped at the corners. Interior near fine. NOT the Club's own copy with their motif, gilt-blocked to front panel since all copies have this and the clubs own copy is still at the club. Signed by Illustrator(s).
