Seven pages, five-page score, with rear cover ad for additional songs from the film. The front cover features an original illustration by Bob Peak from the theatrical release poster. The film version of the 1956 stage musical was released in 1964, which is the assumed publication date of this sheet music.

Mimeograph snipes affixed to the versos (2 are lacking), with distributor rubber-stamps on the versos. Based on the play by Alan Jay Lerner, about Daisy Gamble (Streisand), a woman who hears phones before they ring. In order to quit smoking to please her fiance, she undergoes hypnosis, but multiple personalities and past lives emerge, one particularly alluring to the doctor (Montand). 4 stills 8 x 10 inches, 3 stills 7 x 9.5 inches, all with no borders as issued. Very Good plus, 2 stills moderately toned.

Pink titled wrappers, noted as copy No. 32 in manuscript ink annotation on the front wrapper. Title page present, undated, with music credit for Frederick Loewe, screenplay and lyrics credit for Alan Jay Lerner, and book credit for Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. 142 leaves, with last page of text numbered 100. Xerographic duplication, rectos only, with white revision pages laid in throughout, dated variously between 8.1.73 and 16.2.73.
