A few copies have been printed on uncoated ivory board, numbered and signed by the artist-publisher." This is copy #51, signed by Hub. Leufkens. In English and Dutch. Laid in is a single leaf promo for the book relating to the importance of this book to American soldiers. Additionally a presentation copy inscribed: "To Stanley. with compliments of Hub. Leufkens."
