Dans nos travaux nous tentons de mettre en évidence, en plus des aléas climatiques, l'action de l'homme sur son environnement. C'est ainsi que nous nous sommes intéressé à la commune rurale de Droum qui constituent avec la commune rurale de Dakoussa (village de Aroungouza) les deux champs de captage qui approvisionnent en eau potable la ville de Zinder. La commune rurale de Droum est située dans le département de Mirriah, région de Zinder jadis capitale du Niger localisée à 900 km à l'Est de la capitale actuelle qui est Niamey. Zinder est en grande majorité construite sur un socle. Cette structuration a conduit la ville à s'approvisionner en eau potable dans les zones périphériques. Le champ de captage de Droum approvisionne la ville de Zinder en eau potable en moyenne à hauteur de 6000 m3/jour satisfaisant ainsi 50% des besoins de la capitale du Damagaram. 116 pp. Französisch.
