Book has 3 inches by 1.5 inch waterstain to the front bottom cover with light rubbing on front and back covers with light edge and corner wear with light bumping to the top right corner of the front cover and top left corner of the back cover, along with moderate toning to the spine with a newspaper clipping glued to one of the blank front end papers, with a marked bottom text block. otherwise book is in good condition with sturdy covers, crsip pages and a solid spine.
