Seller: Good Old Books, Milwaukee, WI, U.S.A.
Book
Hardcover. Condition: Good. 373 pages, also a list of other books by the Publisher and a few pages of the development and use of the Audiphone as promotion for an invention by Mr. Rhodes who was deaf. The pages are browning, and the rear hinges are starting or more realistically separated although the block seems to be holding- in other words, a fragile condition bound in a decorative dark blue green binding which has silver lettering. The illustrations by illustrious artists are profuse and seemingly printed on better paper than the book proper as they are not browning.

Seller: Friends of the Redwood Libraries, Eureka, CA, U.S.A.
Book
Hardcover. Condition: Good. This old treasure (1910) is in remarkably good shape for its age. The pages show yellowing but are unmarked and the binding is secure. There is a library (private?) stamp on the FEP and the bottom of page 7, but the book does not appear to be ex-lib. The book is "A galaxy of thought from 400 writers of wide repute.".
