Second section has 20 pasted-in colour plates. Third section has 231 illustrations, 8 in colour. Quarter leather with blue cloth boards. Faded spine with label residue reads "Crafts For Children, Etc." Mylar wrapper has spine label listing the three titles (removed in photo). Spot on Contents page in first section. Second section has spot on half-title and tear in bottom of last page. Third has ink mark on half-title and small red mark on title page. First book attempts to define "crafts," covers craft teaching in Britain and other lands, principles, methods, etc. Second book includes such topics as: the meaning of figure painting, clothing discarded, Venice, Classic and Baroque, France, Spain, Holland, Rococo, Neo-Classic, Romantic, decline of figure painting.
