Condition: Good. 27pp extract, printed in double columns, one internal page-only was damaged and is here presented in reproduction, salvaged from a damaged copy of Fraser's Magazine, Volume XXXIII, Nos. 193 - 194, January - February, 1846. Includes the case of William Andrew Horne, hanged in Nottingham, England, December 11, 1759, in his 75th year, for the murder of his infant child conceived incestuously with his sister Martha, the killing of which went undetected for 25 years, and the case of Francis David Stirn, who was convicted of murder in the shooting death of a Dr. Matthews, and poisoned himself while in jail, in Newgate, September 12, 1760, after a hunger strike. Housed in protective mylar report cover. Very scarce.
