    Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Later printing. Hardcover in light grey-green cloth lettered in gilt and with cherry blossom design in pink and green. Illustrated endpapers. Title page printed in red and black. 83 pp. with each page of the text with margins decorated in floral design in either ochre or light green. Later printing (no statement and no date, circa 1900). A tight example, spine somewhat darkened, small gift inscription front free endpaper and tastefull bookplate of the period on the verso of the front free endp[aper. Occasional light foxing in the text. Classic tale of a Flemish boy named Nello and his dog Patrasche. Interstingly, though set in Antwerp, it became a children's classic in Japan and Korea.
