Also, laid in is a pamphlet from a memoriam for George Plimpton held at the Cathedral Church of Saint John the Divine on 18 November 2003. Very uncommon and remarkable as such to be signed by Plimpton and to be a collection of work from The Paris Review of which he helped found and was editor until his death in 2003. Signed by Author(s).
