Pamphlet. 66p., mimeographed text on construction paper self-wraps tinted marigold yellow; we came into several copies, some saddle-stitched some simply nested with no stapling. These have no cardstock wrapper though the outermost leaf credits one Alan Blackman for "cover" presumably for cover artwork. A peculiar format, possibly a cheap pre-publication trial balloon; this outermost leaf does double-duty as Table of Contents and gives mailing address, volume number and price as well as Blackman's credit-line. FYI, all later issues are printed on alkaline stock and have decorated cardstock cover-wrappers. This item like later numbers is 7x8.5 inches in size and is very well-preserved with faintest edgewear; a near-fine copy of the first edition or a pre-pub. Gay poetry journal.
