First Edition
First Edition. First printing. Octavo. Purple cloth, titled in white on spine; dustjacket; 205pp. Tight, unmarked, Near Fine copy. In the original dustwrapper, unclipped (priced $7.50 on front flap), lightly rubbed at folds, still Near Fine. Results of a controlled clinical study to record the effects of three hallucinogenic drugs (LSD, Psilocybin, and Sernyl) on three lucky college-age subjects. Though presented as a scholarly work, the format - essentially verbatim transcriptions of subjects' verbalizations while under the influence - is highly entertaining to the (or at least this) non-professional reader.
