Just a touch of shelf/edge wear to rust colored cloth boards with yellow titles - corners lightly bumped with a touch of wear to tips. Major shelf/edge wear to scarce DJ (29 Winston titles listed on the rear panel), chipping to three corners of the front panel, one corner of the rear panel and the head of the spine, tape repair to large crease and tear to rear panel, DJ now in mylar with a paper backing. No previous owner marks - all pages are clean and crisp, endpapers decorated by Alex Schomburg but the ffep has a faint shadow from something that was laid in by the previous owner -- One of the famous Winston Science Fiction series for young adults. Kenneth Wright was one of the pseudonyms under which Lester del Rey wrote for this series. The SFWA awarded del Rey the title of Grand Master of Science Fiction in 1990 -- A very presentable copy in the scarce DJ despite the flaws noted.
