Fernell from a painting by Sir Joshua Reynolds. A new collection of the dramatic works of Richard Brinsley Sheridan. Including some of his most famous works such as, 'The Rivals', 'The School for Scandal', and 'The Duenna'. Together with a memoir of his life, by G. G. S. Richard Brinsley Sheridan was an Irish satirist, Whig politician, writer and owner of the London Theatre Royal. He is best known for his famous play, 'The School for Scandal', which is widely regarded as one of the greatest comedies of manners written in English. In half calf binding with gilt detail.
