Antworten auf diese Frage berücksichtigen oftmals nicht, dass die Unterbrechung einer Person auch die Zusammenarbeit ihrer Kooperationspartner beeinflussen kann. Wie eine Gruppe unterstützt werden kann, eine Unterbrechung gemeinsam zu handhaben und welche Auswirkungen dies auf die Zusammenarbeit hat, wurde von der CSCW-Forschung bislang nicht systematisch untersucht.Die vorliegende Arbeit schließt diese Lücke, indem sie Unterbrechungen im Umfeld der kooperativen Multiprojekt-Wissensarbeit aus Sicht der beteiligten Gruppe analysiert. Es werden Anforderungen an die informationstechnische Unterstützung der Handhabung von Unterbrechungen formuliert und in prototypische Software-Funktionen umgesetzt. Zum ersten Mal werden dabei neben dem Verursacher und dem Adressaten auch mittelbar betroffene Personen in die Handhabung einer Unterbrechung einbezogen: Die Arbeit stellt für diesen Zusammenhang relevante sozio-technische Abläufe der unterbrechungsbezogenen Multiprojektkoordination dar und gelangt zu Empfehlungen an die unterbrechungstolerante Gestaltung kooperationsunterstützender Systeme für die Multiprojekt-Wissensarbeit. 296 pp. Deutsch.
