Din A 3, 35 x 47 cm, gefaltet, mit schön litografiertem Riesen-Wappen am Kopf) mit Ort, Datum, neben Dienststempel mit eigenhändiger Unterschrift signiert Florence / Florenz, 21.XI.1867 - REISEPAß / PASSE-PORT valable pour le voyage für FERDINAND EDUARD VON STUMM (1843-1925, preußischer und deutscher Diplomat . Nachdem er sich auch an dem Deutsch-Französischen Krieg von 1870/71 beteiligt hatte, war er 1871 preußischer Geschäftsträger beim Heiligen Stuhl und später bei den deutschen Missionen in Paris, München, Washington, Brüssel, Petersburg und London als zweiter und erster Sekretär beschäftigt. 1883 wurde er zum preußischen Gesandten in Darmstadt , 1885 zum kaiserlichen Gesandten in Kopenhagen , 1887 zum Gesandten, später Botschafter in Madrid ernannt. 1892 wurde er unter Ernennung zum Wirklichen Geheimrat zur Disposition gestellt.1903 übernahm er den Vorsitz des Aufsichtsrats der Gebrüder Stumm GmbH.), zudem VON STUMM eigenhändig signiert (Signature du porteur).
