After title page there are 3 pages of pink paper with perforations for requesting supplements from 1930-1941. Appendix IV at rear has 45 views of prominent landmarks when viewed from sea. The last page of these views has a paper loss in upper corner caused by a paper adhesion to the previous page. Binding is sound and strong. PayPal accepted.
