Over a period of more than 50 years, Simon added about 1000 new titles to the 6,500 he described in the original catalogue. Simon's handwritten notes and additions on the interleaf pages are reproduced here exactly as he put pen to paper. There is also a New Foreword by Hugh Johnson.
