1885. (Mass market paperback) Very good. 44pp. Folio. Illus., ports. An extremely fragile publication done on newsprint and rarely found in anything approaching acceptable condition. This copy is about as good as it gets, in spite of the fact that many pages have torn at the creases in Part 2. Of the dozen or more sets of this that I have seen in over thirty years, only three contained the centre four pages with the coloured stone litho of Middleton and commanding officers. Alas, this one does not. This accounts for the comment in Peel(3) 1461 alluding to errors in page numbers. In fact, PP 12-15 are missing here as usual.
