Weitere Probleme für Versicherungsunternehmen sind die permanent verkürzte Gültigkeitsdauer von Wissen, das schwierige Filtern von relevantem Wissen und zusätzlich der konstante Fachkräftemangel, die sie dazu zwingen, ihre Mitarbeiter durch Personalentwicklung umfänglich und zeitgemäß zu qualifizieren.
