Light edge wear and two file holes in the upper margin, else fine. Thompson and Billy Grey sell the rights to their song entitled "Dial L-O-V-E For Me,' for $1.00 and receiving a royalty of three cents per piano copy sold, as well as 50% of all net sums received by the publisher. Signed at the bottom in blue ink by Thompson and Gray. Signed by Author(s).
