    Hardcover. Condition: Good. 2nd Edition. Crown8vo, [2], xxv, 85, 57, 16; [2], 102, 16 p. Contemporary panelled brown calf, gilt on black lettering piece, red and black title. Professionally restored with a new backstrip, fore-edge of title and three leaves strengthened with binder's tissue, tanning of the paper otherwise a VG tight and clean copy. Title continues: Nazarenus, or, Jewish, gentile, and Mahometan Christianity: containing the history of the antient Gospel of Barnabas, and the modern Gospel of the Mahometans, attributed to the same Apostle, this last Gospel being now first made known among Christians. Also, the Original Plan of Christianity occasionally explain'd in the history of the Nazarens, wherby diverse Controversies about this divine (but highly perverted) Institution may be happily terminated.
