Faux Leather Boards. Condition: Good. Seventy-fifth Edition. From Canadian sheets (pages browned owing to their poor quality), evidently intended for Australian kitchens, perhaps with its popularity exaggerated by the edition (75th) size. The binding seems to be that of the publisher, tortoise shell patterned and varnished in appearance-- in good condition. 384 pp. Undated but probably not long after the 1877 copyright date noted on the verso of the title-page.
