In 2002, she was awarded Outstanding Woman in Arts and Letters from the state of New Jersey for her life-time work in children's books. Steven Kellogg (b.1941) is an author and illustrator of children's books. In 1989 he won the Regina Medal for his "continued, distinguished contribution to children's literature."
