Dans ces 2 volumes ont trouve de nombreuses gravures d'artistes recherchés : Carlos Schwabe (frontispice gravé par Paul Avril), Félix Vallotton (4 bois gravés :autoportrait de l'artiste, portrait d'Octave Uzanne, Portrait de Verlaine, et portrait de Vielle femme), lithographies de divers artistes (Lepère, Boutet, Dillon, Luce, etc.), eau-forte de Louis Morin, eau-forte de Félix Vallotton, eau-forte par Albert Robida, reproductions de dessins inédits de Eugène Grasset, héliogravure en couleurs d'après Félicien Rops, etc. Cette revue d'art et d'idées est sans doute l'une des plus belles aventures éditoriales portées à bout de bras par Octave Uzanne presque exclusivement seul pour la rédaction et le choix des artistes rassemblés. Cette revue est empreinte de symbolisme, l'Art nouveau et les idées neuves y fusent presque à chaque page. Ce n'est plus seulement la bibliophilie, l'amour des beaux livres qui animent ici Octave Uzanne ; c'est le dilettante esthète, amoureux d'art dans toute sa globalité. On y trouve ainsi les portraits de céramistes tels Auguste Delaherche et Joseph Chéret. On trouve aussi de jolis portraits d'Eugène Grasset, Félicien Rops, Louis Morin, Albert Robida, etc. On pénètre même chez Octave Uzanne lui-même dans son grenier d'amateur du 17 Quai Voltaire, on découvre sa chambre (photographie), son vestibule (photographie). Il donne son avis sur les auteurs du temps, les auteurs qu'il faut mettre en avant, ceux qu'il faut oublier. Totalement subjective et orientée selon les propres goûts de l'auteur, cette revue est comme un reflet à peine déformé de ses passions. BEL EXEMPLAIRE DE CETTE REVUE RARE ET RECHERCHÉE.
