Encuadernación de tapa blanda. Condition: Muy bien. In-8. #3 May/Jun 1944 - #4 Aug/Sep 1944. Wrappers. Collaborators : Jorge Luis Borges, Mario Bravo, Juan Cater, Juan Ponferrada, Among others. Only one testimony, although by the way eloquent, we find about the opinion that Jorge Luis Borges deserved the work of his father. It is a question of a little diffused letter from a reader, appeared in the Buenos Aires magazine Sendas. Journal of Art, History and Cultural Sciences #3, May-June 1944, p. 10 (later collected in Recovered Texts, 1931-1955, p. 354, note 44; both the original and the book edition contain misprints: Lans instead of Lang, and Palmar instead of Palmer). According to that letter, Borges father would have written his version of the Rubaiyat in 1919. Provenzano 231. Washington Pereyra T4,452. Codz.
