The note reads: 'Have just received attached from my old friend and coworker Don Wesley who was responsible for the keepsakes issued by United States Banknote Corporation and Pandick Press, Inc. The checklist might be useful. (signed).' The attachment is a typescript, 7 pages long, discussing De Pol s work in engraving for keepsakes, and includes a list of places and events for which keepsakes were issued. Signed by Author(s).

Soft cover. Condition: Fine. No Jacket. A folder measuring 8 ¾ in. x 11 ¾ in. The cover is illustrated with a drawing of the Church. On the reverse of the front cover is an essay by Don Wesely on the history of the church. Loosely inserted in the folder is a sheet of stiff paper containing the engraving by DePol, with his signature in pencil below the image, and the title also in pencil. Also loosely inserted is a photocopy of a newspaper article by DePol about his boyhood connection with Saint Luke in the Fields, illustrated by a photo of DePol and his family taken about 1920 and so identified in red ink and initialed by DePol.
