S. Census. The book is an Index of the surnames, the given names and the location within the electronic records where the name may be found. The book is Ex-Library with: Acknowledgement section and Table of contents page double-sided, tipped in at the ffep; "Reference Book" and acquisition date/price, front endpage; Library name neatly handstamped, title page, back fep and each side of the text block; A library number, bottom edge of the dedication page. No dust jacket - we presume there never was one. Moderate whitening at the bottom edges. No extraneous non-library markings. No looseness, No mustiness, No smoke smell.
